Standard: A three (3) years unlimited mileage warranty in the case of the frame, and other non-wearing parts of the bicycle (crank arms, brake calipers, etc.) are covered by a 1-year warranty, commencing from the date of purchase of the bike.
The battery is covered by this warranty for six months, commencing from the date of first purchase of the bicycle.
Extended: A five (5) years unlimited mileage warranty, in the case of the frame, and other non-wearing parts of the bicycle (crank arms, brake calipers, etc.) are covered by a 2-year warranty. Commencing from the date of purchase of the bike.
The battery is covered by this warranty for twelve months, commencing from the date of first purchase of the bicycle.
Notice: The extended warranty option is available to buy at the time of purchase in-store or online. The Extended warranty can also be requested at the time of the product registration within the first 30 days after the purchase.
